Our telephone answering services & call handling service are designed to offer you a flexible and cost effective way to manage your incoming calls. Our Call centre is based just along the coast from Brighton in Peacehaven East Sussex. Which means we are ideally located to handle calls on a national or local basis for any size of company.

We have a number of tariffs in place that can meet your needs or you can take advantage of our "pay as you go" facility.

Plus we do not charge set up fees for our PAYG or service plan customers. Whats more you are not tied to lengthy contracts, simply a roling one month agreement.

Our receptionists answer your calls with your chosen greeting and ensure you do not miss incoming calls. We then forward the details of the call to you immediately or at an agreed time. You choose how to receive your message by email or text.

Daily, weekly or monthly summary reports can also be arranged, enabling you to monitor the transferred calls.

  

Pay As You Go: Our January offer is £99 for up to 99 calls or 3months cover**

We offer a simple Pay As You Go taster service for those businesses where cost control is an absolute must. This allows for the cost effective call cover you need without the unknown aspect of monthly billing. This is particularly useful for light users and those who are starting a business.

** January pecial offer is based on our standard PAYG offering. Boosted with a discount of £41 and an addtional 39 calls. Cover is provided for up to 3 months or the total call allocation whichever comes first. This service is not sutitable for more involved services and detailed enquiries.

How our Telephone Answering service & Call handling service works.

We issue you with your own unique number which you can divert your mobile and/or any other landline numbers to. We set up your unique number to show your company name, so when you have diverted your phone we can answer your calls in your company name ie “Good morning/afternoon ..(company name), Jo speaking, how may I help you?”

You can divert your calls permanently, or as and when you need the service.

The calls are answered between Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm. (An answer machine can be set up for out of hours if required at an additional charge)

Following a call messages are sent to you via email, on an agreed service level. There is no extra charge for sending these. At the end of each day, we will also email you an “end of day report” with a summary of all calls received during that day at no extra charge.


Holiday Cover: We can receive your calls whilst you go on holiday. Typically we find each client has unique needs and concerns. Please call to discuss your requirements. (All prices are excluding VAT):

Reception Service


Our reception service, allows us to answer your calls and to transfer them back to you, announcing the caller. This is ideal for growing businesses as it creates the image of a larger organisation.

Our printing facilities allow you to produce short runs of sales literature, business stationery, mail merged letters, leaflets, price lists, invitations, certificates ... the list is endless.
