We can receive and sign for all your post. This can either be forwarded on to you, or stored awaiting your collection.

Sussex Business Bureau observes the standard EU refunds policy. For goods or services ordered via our web site clients have a 7 day period in which to cancel the order. For up to 7 days following receipt of the goods a client can also request a refund. Subject to the following exclusions.
Customised Goods. Once we have accepted your payment and commenced work at your instruction then the 7 day period will deem to have been waived by you. This includes several of our services, including but not limited to Copying, Colour Copying, Printing, Business Cards, Design Services, Website design & Hosting, Telephone Answering Services, Secretarial services, Copy typing and those services which are tailored or created for each individual client.
Special order items - Items ordered specially for a client which are not stock items will be subject to the refunds policy of our supplier only. If the supplier will not accept a refund then we will not be able to offer it. This will be explained to each client at the point of ordering.
Speed Networking Events. Once booked your contract cannot be cancelled after the 7 day period. Orders placed within 7 days of the event will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for NON attendance under any circumstances. Refunds will not be given once you have attended the event, our contract with you will be deemed to have been completed at the start of each networking session.
